Just like brother

Owie and porda

Owen aka "Owie" was porter's best buddy at dimples. They have missed each other terribly and had a great time catching up yesterday at owen's birthday party.

Porter is into picking out his clothes. Part of the whole big boy thing. I usually let it ride. If he has on a shirt, pants, and two matching shoes I can live with it. This however is what he "picked out" when I told him to go get dressed yesterday.
He "picked out" the lack of underwear and pants, and lightning McQueen slippers as his attire for the day.

A little while later I asked him to let me take a picture, and this is how he posed.

Daddy and the big airplane

If today was a children's book, that would be the name. I dropped Jared off at the ft Walton airport around lunchtime to fly back to ft worth. Porter did really well this morning when we dropped him off at school.
These are the best pictures I managed to get of Jared and the babies while he was home. We need a picture of all of us. We will work on that next time.

Time with daddy

We are happy to have daddy home for the week!
We have huge plans--spend some time as a family of four!! Haven't taken many pictures so far. Will try to get more.
Porter went with me to pick up Jared from the airport. It was 10:00 when he got in. I thought porter would sleep all the way there and all the way home. WRONG!! I had to threaten him to get him to calm down when we got in be at 11:30!!
