Merry Christmas!!

Headed to nannie's for breakfast. I remember doing this as a child and getting to pick a toy to take. Porter had a tough decision this morning, but went with his knight costume and trash sweeper (and accompanying trashies).

Whew!! I think I'm caught up.

It has come to my attention (due to my lack of posting) that people do actually follow this thing. Now that I am caught up, I will try to stay that way.
We are making good time on our trip home. We left about 4:30am and at 10:45 we are just outside o Jackson, MS. I haven't had a turn to drive yet, but I'm about to have to fake an illness.... Looks like we will be home somewhere around 4:00 this afternoon!!!

Sewing pictures

I haven't been very good about posting pics of all our sewing. Here is what I could find on my phone.

Had to go see Dr E for a nasty cough.

Glad we have a big "rock rock"

Wow--what a hairdo!!!

Stella on her perch. She likes to climb up here and just sit.

Perching....

This is the best we could do that night....

Sweetness.

She's becoming blue. I caught her getting yogurt cups out of the garbage.

Decked out for Christmas!!

THE game of the year

I realize we are playing another game in January, but the SEC championship game this year, was unbelievable. One minute we were dejected and hopeless, and the next we were about to pass out from screaming so much. Needless to say, we were on the edge of our seats the entire game and the level of excitement was above anything I have experienced.
I was lucky enough to be in the company of 3 Ingram women, and it couldn't have been better football game company. We had the best time. Not only was it a great game, but we had the perfect food weekend. Moe's, Starbucks, dippin' dots, hot wings, and Thai!!! My oh my!!! I was in food heaven all weekend!!

Up early and ready to go!!!

At the SEC fanfare before the game.

In the dome!!!!

We must have been ahead.....

Right after the win!!!

We stayed for the rammer jammer and trophy presentation. Who could leave before that?!?!

Doing a little cooking

Porter always loves to help, but I don't always love the help. Because I don love to clean up the mess. He sure does enjoy it though. We were having coconut shrimp, and I let him do all the dipping in egg wash and battering. Thank God for the shark vacuum cleaner.
