Wednesday morning we went back to the Magic Kingdom. We wanted to go right when Toontown opened because we had heard that if you were first in line, Mickey and MInnie would give you a tour of their house. Well, Catherine was first in line, so she got the private tour. it was so awesome! She had a blast and so did we. Then we toured Minnie's house, but it wasn't a private tour. Jared got us all mouse ears with our names, and of course Porter got more toys. We had planned on going back to Animal Kingdom that day instead, but after that, we ended up staying a Magic Kingdom all morning. Porter rode the carousel again--feeling well--and we did the Philhar-magic show again (one of my favorite things at the Magic Kingdom). We did the Buzz Lightyear thing, which was really cool, the Winnie the Pooh ride (great), Snow White's ride (just ok), and saw the wicked step-mother and step-sisters (how fitting). Caroline got to see Pinnochio (her favorite), but wouldn't get her picture made. Overall, it was a great morning, and probably the most memorable one of the trip.

Seaworld
After the character breakfast, we headed out to Seaworld. We got there just a few minutes before the only Shamu show we would get to see that day, so we had to book it to the far end of the park and hope there were some seats left in the stadium. Jared and I sat in the "soak zone" and the rest of the crew sat a little higher--out of reach. Mama had Porter, and she said he laughed and clapped and kicked his legs the whole show. Later, Beth, Nicole, and I rode one of the rollercoasters in the front row. We have the picture to prove it. Hilarious. I'll have to see if they can scan it so I can post it. Of course Porter came home with a stuffed Shamu along with a couple of t-shirts and some little plastic ocean animals. BTW, Jared's shirt is not wet from Shamu. Ewww!
1 down, 3 to go!
We have a tooth!! Top right front tooth. Yea! Hopefully we might get some sleep soon. Jared got up with him all night last night and let me sleep. I feel so much better. He said he got up 5 times. Either way we will be getting some sleep soon because we are going to have to employ some tough love for our sanity.

Happy by day, cranky by night
Lately, Porter has not been the best sleeper. Gradually he has gotten into a routine of getting up 4 - 5 times a night. And we have been playing along. At first he wasn't feeling good, and now he's teething, and we just keep thinking that whatever it is will get better. I know I'm creating bad habits, but it doesn't start as a bad habit. It just starts as checking on your crying baby in the middle of the night. And then you check on him again, and again. And you end up with very tired cranky parents day and night. He is cutting 4 top teeth, and we keep praying for the reverse tooth fairy to come at night, but none of them have officially popped through those gums yet. And we think he's going through a little growth spurt because he wants a bottle about 4:00am right now, and he hasn't done that in months. Anyway, I would have more disney pictures posted if I weren't trying to go to bed so early and get another 30 minutes to an hour of sleep. I really don't like to get up at 3:45am to start my day.
Character Breakfast
Tuesday morning we had breakfast with the characters before we went to Seaworld. Porter loved seeing the characters and was very interested in their noses. Catherine finally overcame her fear of "costumed" people and got her picture made with all of the characters too! Caroline was not interested and did not participate.
