Kite flying weather--sorta

It seemed windy enough this afternoon for a kite, so Jared and Porter went and got one.  It was windy enough to get the kite in the air, but it would only stay for a few minutes at the time.  Porter didn't really care.  Once he got the hang of it, he just ran all over the place and had a ball.
