Don't get excited. It still only includes one vegetable--green beans. He does eat potatoes, but I don't really count it as a vegetable.
New foods he has recently started eating (and by recently, I mean the last few days):
Crawfish
Fried pickles
Fried rice
Fresh blueberries
Soup at the Japanese restaurant--don't know what it is officially called
Ranch dressing--on fried pickles
He still has a pretty long list of foods he describes as "nasty." Corn is at the top of that list and usually calls it's nasty on sight, but when we were at hilltop (eating crawfish) he took one very small bite of a corn on the cob. And then spit it out. It's progress though.
The no's are pretty easy to list, because it is in groups:
Anything fried with thick batter
Pasta of any kind, unless hidden with lots of meat of any kind
Any vegetable other than green beans
Real cheese--he only likes nasty kraft singles
Things he *thinks* he likes--these are things that he asks for, and gets excited about, but it never seems to materialize in any real eating:
Chocolate milk
Cake/cupcakes/muffins/etc...
Milkshakes
Suckers--except for the ones at Winn Dixie
